AKA West Hollywood Apartments
Designer Interiors and Endless Views
From the city to the hills, take in the endless views from the magnificent residences at AKA West Hollywood. Studio, one- and two-bedroom suites alike maximize natural light, space and flow, while the views from the spectacular multi-level penthouse residence are some of the best in West Hollywood.
Open, airy interiors are enhanced by contrasting contemporary materials, from the rich walnut floors to the stainless-steel kitchen appliances and Italian lacquer furniture. Rooms feature Yard sofas, designed by Francesco Rota for Lema and upholstered in Kvadrat fabrics. Living rooms are accented by T030 living room consoles by Piero Lissoni and luxurious wool Stepevi rugs. Lighting throughout, thoughtfully placed to create inviting spaces to meet, eat, drink, and sleep, was imported from Flos in Italy, and Nest thermostats included in each suite allow individual temperature control for comfort.
Modern, open kitchens are convenient for entertaining, and showcase other design details such as sleek concealed appliances, quartz countertops, and self-closing kitchen cabinets. Spacious, spa-like baths feature gorgeous Salvatori Stone walls and sinks, custom-made for AKA, a generous soaking tub, and large mirrored vanity. Serene bedrooms include stylish upholstered king-size beds dressed in luxury Sferra linens. Select rooms feature private balconies from which to enjoy the unparalleled views of West Hollywood, Century City, and the Hollywood Hills.
Miami-based artist Austin Kerr created original artwork for the residences at AKA West Hollywood, which pairs well with black and white photography by Jan Almquist that is also displayed throughout.
