Set in the heart of Westchester, at 954 Old Post Road in Bedford, NY, Bedford Post is home to an eight-room luxury inn, a yoga studio, and two distinctive restaurants just one hour from AKA.
Westchester residents Carey Lowell, Russell Hernandez and Richard Gere joined together in 2007 to rescue and restore this historic property dating back to the 1860's. Bedford Post includes five different room layouts, most with working fireplaces. All rooms are prepared with Frette linens and towels, and some rooms have a terrace which overlooks the wooded property, convenient to many beautiful daytime hike locations nearby in Bedford.
The Barn is a relaxed setting for breakfast, lunch and dinner during the week, with brunch served on Saturday and Sunday. This convivial restaurant, filled with reclaimed wood beams, rustic decor and a large working fireplace, serves salads, sandwiches, and brunch with an emphasis on healthy seasonal dishes and country classic. The Farmhouse, a signature fine dining restaurant, features a large wood fire grill, signature handmade pastas and impeccably sourced local ingredients.
The Yoga Loft is an award-winning multifaceted studio offering daily classes, workshops, private sessions, guest speakers, private yoga parties, immersions, and more. Our offerings are led by a team of experienced instructors passionate about yoga education. The sun-drenched studio offers a peaceful oasis nestled in 15 acres of lush landscape.
