Welcome to the Access AKA Membership Program! By enrolling in our exclusive membership program, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Membership Eligibility:
1.1. The Access AKA Membership Program is open to individuals who are at least 21 years of age or the age of majority in their respective jurisdictions, whichever is higher.
1.2. Membership is non-transferable, and each member may only hold one membership account.
2. Membership Enrollment:
2.1. To become a member, individuals must complete the enrollment process through our official website or contact our reservations team directly.
2.2. All information provided during enrollment must be accurate and up-to-date. Members are responsible for promptly updating any changes to their contact details.
3. Membership Benefits:
3.1. The benefits and privileges offered under the Access AKA Membership Program are subject to availability and may be updated or revised at any time without prior notice.
3.2. Membership benefits cannot be combined with other promotions, discounts, or offers, unless explicitly stated.
4. Preferential Rates:
4.1. Members are entitled to exclusive discounts on room rates, dining, spa services, and other eligible hotel amenities.
4.2. The discounted rates may vary based on room availability, seasonality, and other factors determined by the hotel.
5. Personalized Experiences:
5.1. Access AKA aims to provide personalized experiences to its members. However, the availability of specific services or amenities may depend on the hotel's operational capabilities.
6. Early Check-In and Late Check-Out:
6.1. Early check-in and late check-out requests are subject to availability. The hotel will make reasonable efforts to accommodate such requests whenever possible.
7. Complimentary Upgrades:
7.1. Complimentary room upgrades are subject to availability at the time of check-in. Upgrades may not be available during peak periods or special events. Specialty suites not included.
8. Exclusive Events and Partner Privileges:
8.1. Participation in member-only events and access to partner privileges are subject to availability and the terms set forth by the hotel and its partners.
9. Membership Renewal and Termination:
9.1. Membership is valid for one calendar year from the date of enrollment.
9.2. Membership may be renewed annually by fulfilling any renewal requirements set by the program.
9.3. AKA reserves the right to terminate a membership at its sole discretion for any violation of these terms and conditions or for any other reason deemed appropriate.
10. Privacy and Data Usage:
10.1. AKA values your privacy and will handle personal data in accordance with applicable privacy laws and regulations.
10.2. By enrolling in the membership program, members consent to the collection, use, and storage of their personal data for program-related purposes.
11. General:
11.1. These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between the member and Access AKA concerning the membership program.
11.2. AKA reserves the right to amend or modify these terms and conditions at any time, and any such changes will be communicated to members through appropriate channels.
Blackout Dates: AKA West Hollywood pool - July 1, 2024 through August 31, 2024.
