Welcome to the Access AKA Membership Program. By enrolling in our exclusive membership program, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
Membership Eligibility:
1.1. The Access AKA Membership Program is open to individuals who are at least 21 years of age or the age of majority in their respective jurisdictions, whichever is higher.
1.2. Membership is non-transferable, and each member may only hold one membership account.
Membership Enrollment:
2.1. To become a member, individuals must complete the enrollment process through our official website or contact us at [email protected].
2.2. All information provided during enrollment must be accurate and up-to-date. Members are responsible for promptly updating any changes to their contact details.
Membership Benefits:
3.1. The benefits and privileges offered under the Access AKA Membership Program are subject to availability and may be updated or revised at any time without prior notice.
3.2. Membership benefits cannot be combined with other promotions, discounts, or offers, unless explicitly stated.
3.3. Membership benefits are exclusively available for reservations made directly through AKA and do not apply to bookings made via third-party platforms or any other channels.
Preferential Rates and Savings:
4.1. Members are entitled to exclusive savings on room rates, dining, spa services, and other eligible hotel amenities as outlined below.
4.2. The discounted rates are subject to variation based on room availability, seasonality, and other factors as determined by the hotel. Membership savings apply solely to standard rates and cannot be combined with any other promotional offers.

4.3. 20% savings on select food and beverage outlets include:

4.4. Special Birthday Offer: Members will receive a birthday offer via email to their email address provided in their Access AKA portal on the first day of the month of their birthday. Members are responsible for providing their birthday information in their Access AKA portal. Reservations must be made within the member’s birthday month and apply exclusively to new bookings. This offer is valid for 31 days from the day the email is sent and is applicable only to future travel dates. Additional savings are exclusively available for reservations made by members and are not transferable or combinable with other offers.
Wellness Offerings and Personalized Experiences:
5.1. Access AKA aims to provide personalized experiences to its members. However, the availability of specific services or amenities may depend on the hotel's operational capabilities.
5.2. Savings at participating spas are at the sole discretion of the business, subject to availability, and are exclusively available to Access AKA members. To redeem, members must provide proof of active membership and request the savings at the time of booking. Participating venues and their respective offers include:
Body + Beauty Lab, located at 645 S Olive Ave, West Palm Beach, FL 33401. Phone number (561) 349-6599.
- $75 off Facials and Chemical Peels.
- $100 Wrinkle Reducers.
- $150 off Lip Filler.
- 10% off at-home skincare.
D is for Dog, professional grooming salon and boutique, located at 320 S Dixie Hwy, West Palm Beach, FL 33401 and 695 S. Olive Ave. Suite #400 at Hotel AKA West Palm. Phone number (561) 855-8375.
- Complimentary pet teeth brushing with any grooming services.
5.3 Complimentary fitness services are subject to availability and the discretion of the fitness venue. These offerings include:
- Complimentary Aqua Vida classes at AKA University City. Members may reserve a class by contacting the Resident Services or Guest Services teams at AKA University City or Hotel AKA Rittenhouse.
- Complimentary yoga classes are offered every second Friday at AKA West Hollywood. Members must contact the Resident Services team at AKA West Hollywood or AKA Beverly Hills to reserve.
Early Check-In and Late Check-Out:
6.1. Early check-in and late check-out requests are subject to availability. The hotel will make reasonable efforts to accommodate such requests whenever possible.
Complimentary Upgrades:
7.1. Complimentary room upgrades are subject to availability at the time of check-in. Upgrades may not be available during peak periods or special events. Specialty suites not included.
Exclusive Events and Partner Privileges:
8.1. Participation in member-only events and access to partner privileges are subject to availability and the terms set forth by the hotel and its partners.
Complimentary Coffee:
9.1 Complimentary coffee may be redeemed at any a.market or a.cafe location and includes one complimentary daily house coffee for the Access AKA member only.
Membership Renewal and Termination:
10.1. Membership is valid for one calendar year from the date of enrollment.
10.2. Membership may be renewed annually by fulfilling any renewal requirements set by the program.
10.3. AKA reserves the right to terminate a membership at its sole discretion for any violation of these terms and conditions or for any other reason deemed appropriate.
11. Privacy and Data Usage:
11.1. AKA values your privacy and will handle personal data in accordance with applicable privacy laws and regulations.
11.2. By enrolling in the membership program, members consent to the collection, use, and storage of their personal data for program-related purposes.
12. General:
12.1. These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between the member and Access AKA concerning the membership program.
12.2. AKA reserves the right to amend or modify these terms and conditions at any time, and any such changes will be communicated to members through appropriate channels.
