Check in at AKA Rittenhouse Square is at 3pm. Early check in is based on availability, and is subject to an additional fee.

Check out at AKA Rittenhouse Square is at 11 am. Late check-out is based on availability. If you wish to check out after 1 pm, it is half a day's rate, after 4 pm, it is a full day's rate.

Smoking is not allowed in the building, but there are designated smoking areas outside.

The cancellation policy depends on length of stay. If you are a daily guest, the cancellation is 24 hours in advance. If you are a weekly guest, the cancellation is 7 days in advance. If you are a monthly guest, the cancellation is 15 days in advance.

The minimum age to check in at AKA Rittenhouse Square is 21.

Yes, for $35/night plus tax, you can request a rollaway bed from our Guest Services team.
