While AKA Sutton Place does not offer an on-site restaurant, our Resident Services team is more than happy to recommend and book reservations to several local restaurants. 

AKA Sutton Place furnished suites are designed for visits of a month or longer, offering the space and privacy of a personal residence with the service of a boutique hotel. Each suite features a separate living area, chef-inspired kitchen with high-end appliances, and all the essentials to work or entertain comfortably. Residents also enjoy access to lifestyle amenities such as Technogym fitness center, cinema-style screening room, indoor heated pool, personalized temperature-controlled wine lockers, business station, and lounge bringing the comforts of home to your extended stay.

There are many public transportation options near AKA Sutton Place, including the M57 and M15 local MTA New York City Transit buses, the Second Avenue Q subway line, as well as regional connections on Metro North, New Jersey Transit and Long Island Railroad through Grand Central Terminal. 

Children are always welcome at AKA Sutton Place. We offer an indoor pool and a.cinema movie theater with parental supervision.

Check-in at AKA Sutton Place is at 3 p.m. Need to book the night before to guarantee early check-in.

 Checkout at AKA Sutton Place is at 11 a.m. Late checkout is possible until 3PM for half day rate and full day rate after pending availability.  

The minimum age for check-in at AKA Sutton Place is 21. 

There is no charge for cancellations made at least 15 days prior to your reservation date. A fee of 50% of first months rent for cancellations made less than 15 days prior to your reservation date.
