Lounge – While the lounge will not be providing beverage service, residents are welcome to enjoy the space. Limited guests allowed.

Business Center – Each appointment is 1 hour. Maximum of 1 residence per appointment.

Cinema – Each appointment is 2 hours. Maximum of 1 residence per appointment.

Laundry – Maximum 1 residence permitted at a time.

Deliveries – We continue to request that all residents/guests to retrieve grocery orders, food service deliveries, etc. in the lobby, to avoid unnecessary exposure to elevators and residential floors.
