Phased Reopening Updates
AKA continues to maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and safety in all property areas. We follow social distancing and hygiene guidelines provided by the CDC, federal, state and local health departments.
While the lounge will not be providing food and beverage service, residents are welcome to enjoy the space. A maximum of 4 people will have access to the lounge during a slot. AKA Residents Only at this time. The lounge will be accessible from 6am – 10pm every day on a first come first served basis. Each resident can bring one non resident as a guest.
The pool and outdoor space will be accessible from 7am – 10pm every day in slots of 2.5 hours with cleaning protocol in-between.
A maximum of 20 people will have access to the pool area during a slot. Non-residents will be allowed on a walk-in basis, only as the reservation priority is for residents. 1 outside guest per 1 resident. A Front Desk representative will give you access to the pool area. At the end of the slot, please leave the pool on time to give our team time to clean. Please place your used towels in the towel receptacle upon exiting the pool area. No working out/exercising at the pool and pool deck area. Reservations will be accepted on Friday/Saturday/Sundays during peak use.
First come first served basis. Check in and out at the front desk of the West Tower for access. Maximum of 4 people in the gym at the same time. The Fitness Center will be sanitized for about 30min at 10am and 3pm and closed between 9:30pm and 10:30pm for a deep clean and mopping. Please clean before and after using a machine and the equipment you touch.
