MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY

One-bedroom suites are a maximum of 2 residents and two-bedroom suites are a maximum of 4 residents.

With the health and well-being of our residents and team members, please follow the guidelines provided by Washington, DC Department of Health (DOH):

  • Practice social distancing if not fully vaccinated. 
  • Masks/ Face Coverings are optional if fully vaccinated.
  • Wash hands frequently for 20 seconds. 
  • Follow appropriate respiratory hygiene and cough etiquette. 
  • Stay in your suite if feeling unwell.

We continue to request that all residents retrieve grocery orders, food service deliveries, etc. in the lobby, to avoid unnecessary exposure to elevators and residential floors.
