- Clean The World - AKA has partnered with Clean the World to encourage sustainability in our suites and prevent hygiene-related illnesses. By recycling soap and distributing to those in need, Clean the World saves lives and creates a sustainable future. Soap left behind by our residents is sanitized and redistributed to 127 different countries. Each year we have provided over 15,000 recycled bars of soap and diverted close to 5,000 pounds of waste from landfills.
- Habitat For Humanity - AKA has proudly donated property furnishings including cabinetry, appliances, countertops, vanities and more to Habitat for Humanity's Philadelphia ReStore program helping local communities in need.

MANNA - AKA is a dedicated supporter of MANNA (Metropolitan Area Neighborhood Nutrition Alliance) in Philadelphia. Steven H. Korman, founder of Korman Communities, has supported and been a champion for MANNA for nearly two decades including development of the Steven Korman Nutrition Center, a state-of-the-art facility, Our team annually joins in preparing and delivering meals to people in need through MANNA.
