Our hotel features up to 2,700 square-feet of flexible space, including our junior ballroom with capacity for up to 100 guests and a natural-light filled executive boardroom with private outdoor patio and seating for 16 guests.

Junior Ballroom

Whether you’re celebrating something special, or enjoying a meeting of the minds, our Junior Ballroom offers plenty of space to make your event unforgettable. Featuring 1,500 square feet of space, along with an additional 700 square feet pre-function welcome area, the Junior Ballroom is the perfect space for cocktail receptions, meetings, lectures, intimate weddings, and more. Our dedicated planning professionals can assist with planning your event from beginning to end, including signature on-site catering and audio and visual equipment setup.

Boardroom

Hotel AKA Alexandria is the ideal location to host productive client meetings, executive presentations, and offsite trainings. Featuring 1,200 square-feet of space, our state-of-the-art boardroom offers the latest in audio and visual equipment, high speed internet, as well as comfortable seating for up to 16 guests. You’ll find floor-to-ceiling windows that bring in natural light and a beautifully landscaped terrace with additional seating, perfect for breaks in between meetings or an intimate outdoor reception during the warmer months.
