Tesse, from “délicatesse,” the French term used for charcuterie, is based on Chef Raphael Francois’ idea to create a bar that highlights charcuterie. In addition to his house-made pâtés and sausages, the full menu features salads, pastas and entrees inspired by local farmers markets as well as beautiful and refined desserts.
