Phased Reopening Updates
AKA continues to maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and safety in all property areas. We follow social distancing and hygiene guidelines provided by the CDC, federal, state and local health departments.
Terrace – Available during operating hours based on weather conditions. No private reservations for parties/gatherings at this time. Residents are welcome to BYOB. Please limit terrace seating to no more than 2 hours when the space is active.

Appointments may be made 24 hours in advance.
Business Center – Residents may reserve 1 hour appointments. Maximum 1 resident per appointment.
Conference Room / Boardroom – Residents may reserve 1 hour appointments. Maximum 2 residents per appointment.
Fitness Center – Maximum 1 suite per appointment. Residents may reserve 1 hour appointments. Fitness towels will not be provided by AKA. While AKA team members will be providing general sanitation coverage, we ask that all residents take responsibility for sanitizing their workstations upon completion. We encourage residents to bring their own mats, bands, jump ropes, etc.
Cinema – Maximum 1 suite per appointment. Available for complimentary private use. Residents may reserve 2 hour appointments.
Bicycle Rental – Available for complimentary use upon availability.

Housekeeping – In-suite housekeeping services will be available as a “tidy service.” This includes: wipe down counters, organize living space except resident personal items, make bed(s), linens replaced every other week, light dishes (replace used dishes if no dishwasher or place in dishwasher where applicable), light vacuum / sweep, remove trash / recycling, replace towels only if used towels placed on floor. Please contact our Resident Services Team to refresh any linen and terry at your convenience. Additional blankets and bathrobes available upon request.
Deliveries – We continue to request that all residents/guests retrieve grocery orders, food service deliveries, etc. in the lobby, to avoid unnecessary exposure to elevators and residential floors.
