- Masks/ Facial Coverings required for all residents and visitors indoors regardless of vaccination status
- Wash hands frequently for 20 Seconds
- Use wastebaskets to discard personal trash

Appointments may be made 24 hours in advance.
6:00AM – 7:45PM Daily
Maximum of 2 residents from within the same suite, socially distanced, per appointment. Each appointment is 1 hour. The area is cleaned and disinfected between each appointment.
7:00AM – 5:30 PM Daily
Maximum of 1 resident per appointment. Each appointment is 1 hour.

Maximum of 2 residents per appointment. Each appointment is 1 hour.
9:00AM – 7:30PM Daily
Maximum of 1 suite per appointment. Each appointment is 2 hours.
Effective Saturday, November 21, we will offer our daily trash service and fresh linens weekly, on a resident’s scheduled day of service. Clean linens and towels will be placed outside your door in a disposable plastic bag. Please use the bags provided when placing your dirty linens outside your door.
Individual cleaning kits and vacuums will be available upon request.
Our housekeeping team will return in one hour to retrieve the vacuum and will disinfect all cleaning kits and vacuums between each use.

We continue to request that all residents retrieve grocery orders, food service deliveries, etc. in the lobby, to avoid unnecessary exposure to elevators and residential floors.
Outdoor dining, pickup, and delivery is available.
