Phased Reopening

AKA continues to maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and safety in all property areas. We follow social distancing and hygiene guidelines provided by the CDC, federal, state and local health departments.

LEVEL 28

CURRENT HOURS
8:00 AM – 10:00 PM Daily 

Outside of these hours, the floor will be closed to all resident / guest use. Failure to honor these hours may result in restrictions to those offending parties for Level 28 access. 

We require that all guests be registered in advance with a Level 28 representative either in person, via email level28@stayaka.com, or via phone 267.463.5228.
A maximum of 2 guests per residence.

OPEN

Terrace – Available during operating hours based on weather conditions. We will not be privately reserving the terrace for parties/gatherings at this time. Residents/Guests are welcome to BYOB wine/beer/spirits. Please limit terrace seating to no more than 2 hours when the space is active.

Business Center – Accessible during operational hours. This area should be utilized for brief tasks, and not as a lengthy workstation, to ensure that we limit the amount of traffic and access for all residents/guests.

Lounge 
Tues – Sat 5PM – 10PM

A max of 25 individuals permitted in the lounge at any given time. A maximum of 4 people can be seated together inside. If you have more than 4 people in your party, you will be at separate tables that are at least six feet apart. 6 people per table are allowed for outdoor dining. We will not have any bar seating. Alcohol can be served only for on-site consumption at your table when in the same transaction as your meal (we will provide snacks to purchase with your beverage). Our Servers and bartenders will wear both masks and face shields for additional protection. Diners must wear masks when they aren’t seated at their table.

Pool – No more than ten guests may be in the pool at once, and no more than 15 guests may be in the pool room. For sanitation purposes, we will not be providing towels. We ask that you provide your own towel. Please limit pool usage to no more than 2 hours when the space is active. 

Fitness Center – Masks are required in all areas of the fitness center as required by city ordinance. Fitness towels will not be provided by AKA. While AKA team members will be providing general sanitation coverage, we ask that all residents take responsibility for sanitizing their workstations upon completion. The bottle filling station will be open, but the water fountains will remain out of service, we encourage you to bring your own bottle for hydration.We encourage residents to bring their own mats, bands, jump ropes, etc. There will be no semi-private fitness classes provided until further notice. Personal trainers are allowed on premises although we request these sessions be scheduled for off-peak hours to avoid max occupancy. Personal trainers should ensure they are properly distanced from their clients and others.

A maximum of 10 persons in the fitness center. 

Locker Rooms  – Please note the max occupancy is three per locker room and AKA will not provide towel service. Please bring your own towel.

Conference Room / Boardroom – Available for complimentary private use. Note that there will be a 2 hour per day and 2 days per week maximum per resident/guest to allow
access for all.

Cinema Available for complimentary private use. 1 Suite at a time. Residents can reserve this for up to 2 hours.  

Golf Simulator – Available for complimentary private use. 1 Suite at a time. Residents can reserve this for up to 2 hours.

OTHER SERVICES

Housekeeping Services – In-suite housekeeping services will be available with some exceptions. As a transition, services will be performed bi-monthly not weekly and only
if suite is vacant during room attendant service. A resident services representative will be contacting you to decide if you have weekly housekeeping included in your
accommodations package.

Tesla House Car – Temporarily suspended. 

Deliveries – We continue to request that all residents/guests retrieve grocery orders, food service deliveries, etc. in the lobby, to avoid unnecessary exposure to elevators and residential floors.

Cira Green – Will remain open, although programming of events remains suspended.

Walnut Street Café 
Outdoor dining is available.

The Post
