General Room Functions
How do I turn on / off the lights?
To turn on/off the writing desk lamp, touch the bottom silver part on either side.
To increase/decrease brightness, touch, and hold.
To turn on/off the standing lamp (one and two-bedroom suites), twist the silver knob located on the top.

How does my thermostat work?
Set your desired temperature on the thermostat and select ‘Auto.’

How does my washer and dryer work (studio suites)?
The washer and dryer work as a single machine. After placing your clothes and detergent into the machine, select ‘Power’ to turn on. Then select the type of wash and press ‘Start’. Select arrows under ‘Add Dry Time’ to increase/decrease drying time. The machine will automatically start drying your clothes after completing the wash cycle.

How does the ceiling fan work?
To turn on / off the fan, first turn on the fan light using the fan light switch. Then utilize the fan remote to turn on / off the fan. Select between the up / down arrow buttons to increase/decrease fan speed.

How do I access the Wi-Fi?
Select the ‘AKA West Palm Guest’ network, which will automatically prompt the landing page. Enter your last name and room number, then select ‘Connect.’
