The much-anticipated arrival of Michelin- Starred Chef and restaurateur “Gypsy Chef” David Myers’ first-ever east coast concept, ADRIFT Mare has made it's way to Brickell Avenue. Inspired by the cultures and cuisine Myers has encountered on his worldly travels, the restaurant will deliver a captivating culinary experience that offers a taste of the spirited life along the Mediterranean coastline. Melding the chicness of the French Riviera, the relaxed vibe of the Balearic Islands, warm Levant hospitality and gentle rhythms of the Greek Isles, transporting guests to summers by the Mediterranean Sea.
The restaurant and bar will showcase the ADRIFT’s vibrant gastronomic cuisine, lively and seductive ambience, strong focus on design and details, and a world class cocktail program curated by Moe Aljaff and Juliette Larrouy . The menu focuses on grilled meat, fish, and crustacean alongside light pasta and seasonal and thoughtfully prepared vegetable dishes. The wine list concentrates on the terroirs around the Mediterranean, from Ancient World labels from Greece and Lebanon to Super Tuscans and Provençal rosés.
