Wi-Fi and Television
How do I access the Wi-Fi?
Select ‘AKA Nomad Guest’ network, which will automatically prompt the landing page. Enter your last name and room number, select ‘Connect.' For additional assistance, please dial '0' for Guest Services.
Where can I find information about amenities and local offerings?
For our amenity and local neighborhood offerings, view the ‘Guest Services’ option on the TV main menu. For additional information, please call Guest Services by dialing '0'.
How do I cast content from my phone to the television?
To cast from your phone, select ‘Nevaya Cast’ on the TV main menu. For additional assistance, please call Guest Services.
General Room Functions
How do I turn on the mini bar lights?
To turn on / off, press the button located on the power outlet at the back right side of the cabinet – to the right of the Nespresso machine.
How do I operate my in-room safe?
To open, press 1-2-3-4 then ‘ENTER.’ To close, enter your preferred 4-digit code then ‘CLOSE.'
How do I control my window shades and blinds?
To raise the blackout shades, pull down on back part of chain. To lower, pull down on front part. To raise the blinds, lift blind upwards. To lower, gently pull downwards.
How do I turn on the lights?
To turn on / off your nightstand, utilize switch on lamp’s cord located behind nightstand. To turn on / off the standing lamp in your suite, press floor switch next to lamp with foot.
How does my thermostat work?
Your in-room thermostat has built-in smart sensor settings. Once you tap your key to enter your room, the temperature regulates back to your desired setting within 15 minutes. For additional assistance, please call Guest Services.
Bathroom Functions
How do I operate the lights in the bathroom?
To set desired mood lighting, utilize dimmer switches (mirror / main light) adjacent to the on / off switches on the wall.
How do I operate the shower?
Top handle – turns on the shower head water flow.
Middle handle – turns on the handheld water flow.
Bottom handle – increase / decrease temperature. Turn left increases temperature (max 100 degrees Fahrenheit). To increase temperature past 100 degrees, press and hold chrome button and continue turning left.
How do I operate the toilet?
To flush, when facing the toilet, press button located on the upper back left side of toilet.
