Start your day with freshly brewed, complimentary coffee and tea from AKA’s cafe area, located in the lobby. Coffee/tea service is available from 6 am – 11 am daily.

Accessible through the lobby, our fitness center features stateof-the-art Precor and Technogym fitness equipment including elliptical, treadmills, FTS Glide, cycles, as well as a weight training area.
a.business
Also located off the lobby is the Business Center, equipped with three Mac computer work stations; wireless internet; and scan, print and copy capability. The Business Center is open 24 hours a day, seven days a week. The Conference Room is outfitted with a conference table for 8, wireless internet, large screen TV and a conference phone upon request.

Our private, resident’s-only terrace lounge, surrounded by palm trees, where residents can lounge by the cozy outdoor fire pits in the evening, while taking in prime views of the Los Angeles area, including the iconic Hollywood sign.

a.cinema is an intimate 20-seat screening room, designed for AKA Beverly Hills residents’ viewing pleasure. AKA residents can sink into a.cinema’s oversized leather reclining seats and watch a film of their choice.
