AKA continues to follow guidelines provided by the CDC, federal, state, and local health departments.
ALL ESSENTIAL VISITORS AND VENDORS
Complete the Mandated NYS Department of Health Screening Form.
All residents who travelled from locations other NJ, CT, PA, VT, and MA must show proof of a completed Traveler Health Form or must complete a new form to check-in.
With the health and well-being of our residents and team members, please follow the guidelines provided by New York State Department of Health (DOH):
- Practice social distancing if not fully vaccinated.
- Masks/ Face Coverings are optional if fully vaccinated or while eating and drinking.
- Wash hands frequently for 20 seconds.
- Follow appropriate respiratory hygiene and cough etiquette.
- Stay in your suite if feeling unwell.
- Call 866.692.3641, press 1 if experiencing symptoms or exposure to COVID- 19.
AKA Virtual Activities
(BY APPOINTMENT ONLY)
AKA follows the NYS and NYC Health Department mandates by requiring all residents to complete the NYS mandatory COVID-19 Health Screening form prior to utilizing our AKA amenities.
We ask that residents arrive no later than 15 minutes of appointment time and cancel any appointments in Microsoft Bookings so other residents may reserve the appointment time. Appointments may be scheduled up to 48 hours in advance.
7 days a week.
9 AM – 6 PM.
Maximum of 1 resident or 1 suite per appointment.
Each appointment is 1 hour, and each resident will have access to book one appointment per day. Check-in at the front desk for your scheduled appointment time so our Resident Services Team Member may provide access to the fitness center.
Protective face covering must always be worn while working out. New York State has instructed that bandanas, buffs, and gaiters are not acceptable for fitness centers.
While AKA team members will be providing cleanliness and disinfection coverage, we ask that all residents take responsibility for disinfecting the workstations before use and upon completion. We encourage you to bring your own bottle for hydration and your own fitness accessories such as fitness towels, mats, bands, jump ropes, etc. Personal trainers are temporarily not permitted.

While the lounge will not be providing beverage service, residents are welcome to enjoy the space.

We continue to request that all residents/guests to retrieve grocery orders, food service deliveries, etc. in the lobby, to avoid unnecessary exposure to elevators and residential floors.
